职位描述

Qualifications:

1.Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Or one of the life sciences, with 5-7 years of related experience;

2.Master of Business Administration (MBA) with 3-5 years of experience is preferred.

3.Background in the aquaculture industry is preferred, but not required.

4.Experience as an effective project team player, leader an d motivator; an d the ability to present ideas effectively an d communicate well with peers an d all levels of management.

5.Must be proactive, self-motivated, energetic, business-minded manager with a broad scientific/technical aptitude base who is able to provide product leadership, set priorities, delegate responsibilities, an d meet timetables leading to the attainment of growth goals.

6.Demonstrated achievement of product sales objectives an d financial targets.

7.Strong financial skills; especially the ability to understand financial statements an d to analytically evaluate an d understand product costs, margin, pricing an d market share.

8.Excellent verbal an d written communication skills, problem solving, an d critical thinking skills.

9.Requires a marketing mentality combined with marketing training an d experience as it relates to marketing products in the industry.

10.Demonstrated integrity an d honesty in all aspects.

11.International experience highly desired.

 

Responsibilities

1.Responsible for setting product strategy an d oversee product line life cycles from strategic planning to tactical activities.

2.Execute product strategies an d initiatives, set product an d pricing strategy, as well as pricing an d volume disCount schedules to produce the highest possible long-term market share an d profitability.

3.With consultation of marketing manager, marketing staff, an d the commercial team, develop, publish an d communicate the annual marketing plan for assigned products.

4.Work with the cross-functional team to develop portfolio an d pricing strategy to maximize market share an d profitability.

5.Maximize market share an d gross margin growth for product line(s) on an annual basis an d meet Or exceed revenue an d gross margin targets for product category.

6. Conduct market analysis to monitor competitive products, sales, share an d marketing activities; deploy category knowledge an d understanding to the management of product lines.

7. Translate research data into product performance Updates, technical bulletins, an d sales/marketing materials.

8. Provide marketing expertise, support an d education to the commercial team for successful sales outcomes.

9. Work closely with the global product management team to optimize efficiencies an d synergies.

10.Manage advertising an d promotion activities with Marketing Communications, including print, point-of-sale, online, electronic media, an d direct mail (as applicable).

11. Create an d make presentations to customers at the request of commercial team.

12. Develop an d provide input to reports that track an d measure key performance indicators.

13. Participate in the Product Innovation Process through new product concept submissions as well as championing products through the process to launch.

14. Participate on cross-functional product development teams leading to the launch of meaningful new products.

15. Assist in developing customer strategy with commercial team.

16. Work with Research an d Development an d Technical Services to further strengthen product story through product research initiatives.

 

OTHER FUNCTIONS:

1.Work with regulatory affairs to prepare an d execute plans that support market expansion.

2.Develop an d manage a consistent corporate image throughout product lines, promotional materials, an d events.

3. Assist with developing an d managing strategic alliances an d assist with developing an d negotiating commercial deal terms with alliances.

4. Work closely with the global product management team to optimize efficiencies an d synergies.

5.Coordinate product application studies with R&D an d Technical Services to further strengthen product story through product research initiatives.

6. Train sales staff on product(s)
