Qualifications:
1.Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Or one of the life sciences, with 5-7 years of related experience;
2.Master of Business Administration (MBA) with 3-5 years of experience is preferred.

Responsibilities
1.Responsible for setting product strategy an d oversee product line life cycles from strategic planning to tactical activities.
2.Execute product strategies an d initiatives, set product an d pricing strategy, as well as pricing an d volume disCount schedules to produce the highest possible long-term market share an d profitability.
3.With consultation of marketing manager, marketing staff, an d the commercial team, develop, publish an d communicate the annual marketing plan for assigned products.
4.Work with the cross-functional team to develop portfolio an d pricing strategy to maximize market share an d profitability.
5.Maximize market share an d gross margin growth for product line(s) on an annual basis an d meet Or exceed revenue an d gross margin targets for product category.
6. Conduct market analysis to monitor competitive products, sales, share an d marketing activities; deploy category knowledge an d understanding to the management of product lines.
7. Translate research data into product performance Updates, technical bulletins, an d sales/marketing materials.
8. Provide marketing expertise, support an d education to the commercial team for successful sales outcomes.
9. Work closely with the global product management team to optimize efficiencies an d synergies.
10.Manage advertising an d promotion activities with Marketing Communications, including print, point-of-sale, online, electronic media, an d direct mail (as applicable).
11. Create an d make presentations to customers at the request of commercial team.

13. Participate in the Product Innovation Process through new product concept submissions as well as championing products through the process to launch.
14. Participate on cross-functional product development teams leading to the launch of meaningful new products.
