宠物营养 客户实验室服务经理

Qualifications & Experience:

1. Master’s degree with 5-7 years’ experience, Ｏr a bachelor’s degree with over 7 years of experience. 

2. Pet food and/or animal health and/or animal agriculture industries preferred, with a proven track record of accomplishment in product commercialization.

3. Requires extensive history with and/or skills related to Quality Management Systems such as ISO 9001 an d ISO 17025. 

4. Demonstrated project management skills, including forecasting skills, project planning, an d the development of project timelines.

5. Experience in dealing with challenging problems, setting strategies, prioritizing, an d implementing appropriate testing programs.

6. Experience in experimental design an d interpretation of test results. 

7. Excellent written an d oral communication skills with a minimal English proficiency level of Intermediate High as defined in the ACTFL Proficiency Guidelines.  Bilingual language skills are highly preferred.   

8. Excellent writing skills an d the demonstrated ability to make timely an d logical decisions that meet the needs of the business is critical. 

9. Ability to demonstrate creative ability in solving technical issues. 

10. Demonstrated ability in developing staff.

11. A high degree of personal motivation, a desire to make an immediate contribution an d a sense of urgency an d excitement.

Major Responsibilities:

1. Help manage CLS department budget. 

2. Ability to write an d follow SOP’s, Methods, an d to follow basic GLP an d Quality System requirements. 

3. Help to evaluate an d purchase laboratory equipment. 

4. Generate accurate data consistently.

5. Sample preparation.

6. Perform basic maintenance an d upkeep on assigned lab equipment.

7. Provide advanced knowledge of analytical methodology an d instrumentation with the ability to develop new methods.

8. Provide a high degree of intuitive thinking into troubleshooting instrument problems.

9. Perform routine problem solving, preliminary data analysis an d accurately check large amounts of data.

10. Utilize laboratory information management system （LIMS） to log samples, enter data, an d track maintenance events. 

11. Develop project protocols to demonstrate effectiveness of all products in potential customers operations.  Ability to summarize CLS project results an d to communicate back to customers in a professional manner an d effective manner providing customers with product support an d technical recommendations.

12. Support Sales an d Marketing as an active team member, discussing projects an d new opportunities for Kemin product sales. 

13. Support the product launch process an d successful product launches for Kemin an d customers.
